Since 1989, Cassell & Associates has been providing satisfying and meaningful vocational opportunities for clients with traumatic brain injuries. Our primary goal is to provide a fun, yet challenging and low stress work environment that allows our clients to continue to gradually heal and rehabilitate on mental, physical, and emotional levels. By providing them with creative and non-traditional work opportunities, clients are better able to adjust and further develop lives filled with purpose, integrity, kindness, and joy.
For some of our clients with more severe physical, mental, or emotional challenges, a reentry into the competitive job market is not easily achieved. A sheltered work environment is often necessary, either to help those with injuries bridge the gap until they are more ready for community-based employment, or to provide them with longer-term vocational day treatment alternatives.
